Customer beware! I was a long time customer here and at first everything seemed fine. I found a nail technician that I really liked and would schedule appointments to see her a week in advance at a certain time and would always have to wait when I would go in for my appointment (and a couple of times was placed with a different technician altogether after having to wait.) Every time I go in when I have an appointment I have to wait and I am constantly seeing people who just walk in (and I even hear them say they do not have an appointment) being taken back for the same service before those with a scheduled appointment. Every time I have gone in my nails would lift immediately after I got them done and I always seem to have a couple fall off easily. I’m constantly having to Super Glue my nails until the next fill. My nails feel loose often like they are going to come off and then today when one fell off I noticed a nice spot of fungus!!!! this has never happened to me in my entire life and I have had my nails done for 20 years or more. I started to take off my nails and found another fungus spot on my natural nail. I have gone in with my daughter and asked to have them just paint her fingernails and they charge me $10 after having some man who doesn’t even do nails totally mess up and not even fix the Polish around her nail as they laughed the whole time in their native language. Others get offered drinks I never get offered a drink. This place is beautiful on the inside but it’s like a female that’s had a bunch of plastic surgery …it’s not genuine. These people don’t care about their customers it’s just a rotating door of dollar signs for them. Though I go in and am disappointed Time After Time I keep giving them another shot but after finding fungus on my nails I’ve decided that I need to go somewhere else and so should you.

This is my favorite nail salon! The size of the salon is huge & makes for a really great experience. I usually go for pedicures which are a good price and very enjoyable. I got my nails done with gel polish this time for vacation and I got to sit in my pedicure chair while they did them & they came out great. Staff is friendly, prices are good, great space & they serve you a drink while you get your toes done. I will continue to come here for my nail needs!

Second time is not a charm. I originally came here for my birthday nails nude nail, glitter edging super cute loved it. Came back a second time to see Moon I showed her some photos of floral nails that I really liked she said no problem. The flowers were okay didn’t really look like the photo unfortunately , But I decided not to say anything after all they are just nails. Then she decided to offer a rose gold trim on the rest of my nails, she did the pinky it looked ok however It was nothing like what I had in mind when I came in but I trusted her. she carried on adding the rose gold trim on the nails but it just looked so sloppy the glitter was inconsistent and clumpy. I’m usually the first person to hold my tongue even if I don’t like something but this was really bad so I asked her very nicely if she could take the rose gold glitter off she started complaining under her breath and did a really sloppy job of taking the glitter off I had to ask her three times to go back over the same nails. I noticed at the register that the nails still didn’t look good I walked back to her to ask her if she could please take another look at them. The only thing she said to me is “you are so picky”. I honestly don’t think I was being picky, I felt so uncomfortable I couldn’t wait to get out of there I will not be back. Below is the inspiration photo (left with gold rings) that I showed her and the nails that she did for me (right) you can still see the rose gold glitter on my pointer finger very disappointed.

David does amazing acrylic nails. Just put your trust in him, show him a picture on what you want and he will blow your mind. So happy to finally find the one who does wonderful nails!Pedicure,Acrylic nails

I have been coming to this salon for a long time and my girl Ruby never disappoints. She always does exactly what I want and is always checking to make sure I like what she is doing. She is also so kind and lovely to talk to. 10/10 would recommend coming here and seeing Ruby.

So here it depends who does your service. Very disappointed with my last visit. You have to make sure to be very specific with what you want I unfortunately was not specific enough. It started off well she kept my shape nice. I asked to make my nails thin as most salons tend to bulk up acrylic she didn’t make them thin. Anyway onto the design, is showed her the photo below but wanted white tip. She did the first nail an showed me if it was what o wanted I showed her the photo an tried to correct on what I wanted. She finished the rest and asked if I like it I said yeah it’s ok. I’m not one to make someone redo it I felt bad. But it was such a sloppy job!! I wanted white TIP but the white ran down the entire nail on half of them and it was soooo uneven. Also had red powder from grinding my previous set down on the new gel and she just went over it with topcoat. I was so upset driving home. That’s not even all. I got them done Friday and they were chipping Sunday. My previous 3 week gel didn’t have a single chip in it. Such a waste of $50.

I’ve been going to Valentinos and seeing vanessa (@vanessa.nailartist) for about a year and a half now, and she NEVER disappoints. Not only is she an amazing artist but she is such a great person. She is constantly learning new tricks and she is extremely up to date on the new nail trends. I won’t see anyone else after going to Vanessa.

I would give 4.5* if I could. I’ve been in multiple times to get pedicures with girlfriends or alone. You can receive complimentary drinks while sitting in very nice massage chairs. The majority of the time I’ve been very pleased with the entire experience. Only once or twice have I been disappointed, but with techs I’m not used to seeing. However, today I had an amazing collagen gel pedicure and a quick manicure with just a top coat. If I could give the technician alone a 5* rating, I would. I will now be requesting to see Crystal! She was so incredibly friendly and kind! We had a wonderful chat while she did both services.

My acrylics are a full 5! Kim did an amazing job.I would give a 4.5 for the pedicure just because I didn’t get my nails filled and the edges are a bit raged. The polish copied a little on those nails. The massage and treatments felt wonderful, though!
