This is a premium device in the Silk range, this made our list due to the convenience of the ‘no refill’ feature. With the fitting name ‘infinity’ you’ll never have to purchase any refill cartridges to keep it going, it has an infinite amount of flashes, so this makes the premium price easier to swallow in the long run. It also has a faster repetition when it comes to flashes, when compared with other Silk models like the express, jewel and compact.

I am a licensed electrologist, and although it is said that the only permanent method of hair removal is electrolysis, it is a more tedious procedure, and for me painful. The laser treatments in my opinion do work, but there’s one catch…Start if you can before any hairs turn white or gray. In essence if you are hairy when you’re young start using the laser. It does work as long as you keep up with treating the area. It definitely does work. Occasionally a few stragglers get through, but just take care of them. I wish I would have started before I began to get some gray hairs or tweezing. So finally if you have patience it does work!
